Delivery Information
Delivery is free in the UK + Northern Ireland. Orders will be despatched within 5 days if I have the item in stock. If I have to make the item bespoke, it will be despatched within 14 days. If you would like an item urgently then please contact me.
All of my jewellery comes packaged in a box of relevant size. To find out more go to Packaging and Delivery Information
Returns & Refunds
If, for any unfortunate reason, you need to return a piece of jewellery to me, please email me in the first instance: helen@hollymountjewellery.co.uk
The piece needs to be returned to me within 28 days of purchase, with proof of purchase. The item must be unworn. I suggest you send it back in a padded envelope. I do not accept any responsibility for items lost in transit, nor damage or theft. I do not cover return postage costs. Upon receipt of the item of jewellery, I will then issue a full refund or exchange.
If an item breaks within 6 months of wearing, I will replace or repair the piece. After this time, it will be at my discretion as normal wear and tear will occur over time.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Hallmarking
All pieces weighing over 7.78g will be hallmarked with my hallmark from the Birmingham Assay Office. If I have made a bespoke item, over 7.78g the delivery time will take longer as I will need to incorporate hallmarking time. Any other item less than 7.78g can be hallmarked, but the customer will need to pay for this.
